Our Two Bedroom Beach View Villa is a located on the beach in a beautiful and peaceful area at the far end of the Resort. With sun beds on the sand and a very spacious terrace with a hammock, outdoor sofa and bean bags to enjoy the view,  it is ideal for families or friends. The villa is comfortably sized at approximately 120m2 featuring 2 bedrooms (king size or twin beds), 2 outdoor bathrooms and a spacious common living area. Each bedroom features individual air conditioning, 100% cotton sheets with light duvet, room safe, and a luxurious private open air bathroom and amenities including a hair dryer. The living area features couches, a table, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone (no IDD), tea & coffee making facilities, all designed for your exclusive comfort.

Two Bedroom Beach View Villa Rates

All rates are per room night, full board 3 meals a day including water, local coffee and tea, excluding beverages. Rates also include free Wi-Fi and 21% local taxes. Round trip transfer (Airport-Resort-Airport) are additional services (min.2 persons). The Bunaken National Marine Park entry fee is not included.

Currencies accepted

Euro, USD, Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Charges made to credit cards are in IDR at the prevailing Resort exchange rate of the day.

Reservation, Amendment & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit must be received to confirm a reservation.
Full payment must be received at least 45 days prior to arrival date at the Resort. For bookings made with less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of reservation.
For cancellation up to 91 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus 50% cancellation fee. For Groups (4 rooms or more) up to 121 days prior to arrival date.
The deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation made between 46 day(s) and 90 day(s) before arrival date. For Groups (4 rooms or more) between 61 to 120 days prior to arrival date.
A 95% charge will be forfeited for no-shows and/or cancellations made between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival date from the total amount of room reserved. For Groups (4 rooms or more) 60 days prior to arrival date.
No credit or refund is granted for personal emergencies, medical conditions, missed airline connections, airline delays or other causes of force majeure.

Insurance

We recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to visiting with us. Please ensure that you and all those accompanying you are covered for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, medical evacuation, death, loss of baggage and personal items during travel and while at Siladen, flight and accommodation cancellation and other travel contingencies including Force Majeure.

Dive Insurance is also mandatory.
